What should I do if my Fridge or Freezer stops working whilst under warranty?
If you experience a problem with your Fridge or Freezer from Ebac whilst it is still within the warranty period please call our Repairs Hotline on 01909 519 266. We will then arrange to have your unit repaired as soon as possible.

I'm not sure which Fridge/Freezer is right for me – can you recommend one?
We have a dedicated customer services team who can offer you advice about which unit is best suited to your needs - you can call them on 0845 634 1392.

I don't know if I need a 60cm or 54cm wide model yet? How can I check?
The standard Fridge and Freezer width is 60cm, but it is vital that you check this before you purchase. Simply measure the width of the gap, but remember that to fit a 54cm unit we recommend a gap of al least 55cm and to fit a 60cm unit we recommend a gap of at least 61cm.

How do I buy an Ebac Fridge or Freezer?
Our Refrigeration products can be purchased in 1 of 2 ways. Firstly you can use our Stockist Search to find your closest Ebac Refrigeration retailer by entering your postcode, or you can Buy Online via our secure website. Both of these methods are very simple so it's really down to your personal preference.

If I am not happy with my product, how can I return it?
In the very unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Ebac Refrigeration product, you can take advantage of our No Quibble Money Back Guarantee (only applicable if the item has been purchased online).

Simply call us on 0845 634 1392 and as long as the unit is in satisfactory condition, we will arrange to have your unit collected and your money refunded.
